Few people are more important to the Conservative Party than our Campaign Managers. They run election campaigns and local issue campaigns. They help residents achieve big things for local communities. They lead teams of volunteers making a difference. And they raise the money that keeps us going.

Yes, being a Campaign Manager involves more than a traditional nine-to-five job — but it’s also more rewarding. So if this sounds like your kind of role, then keep reading.

We are on a mission to hire Campaign Managers who represent the diversity of our voters. That means we want applications from people of all backgrounds.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re starting out in your career or whether you’re looking for a new direction. All you need is a willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn new things, and work hard.

Is this role right for me?
